Warm Flow is suitable for all levels and is a great option if you're newer to yoga or working with injuries or movement limitations.

🤍Chill Out
Sometimes your body doesn't need another workout. Sometimes it needs a bolster, a blanket, lower lights, and permission to do absolutely nothing for a minute.
Chill Out blends restorative and yin yoga with gentle stretching, breathwork, and occasional hands-on assists and sound healing. It's a slower practice designed to help you release tension, quiet the noise, and simply settle in.
Classes are truly all levels and taught in a gently warmed room.
What to bringA warm layer and socks are recommended, especially during the colder months.
🌙Moonlight Vinyasa
Slow things down without losing the flow.
Moonlight Vinyasa is an evening practice designed to help you transition from the busyness of the day into a more grounded, intentional space.
Expect a creative, breath-led flow with opportunities to build strength, explore movement, and then gradually wind things down. The pace is steady and mindful, with plenty of space to breathe, release, and settle into Savasana.
Perfect for ending your day feeling a little more centered and a little less like you have 47 tabs open in your brain. 😉

🌙Sunday Restorative
End your week with a little exhale.
Sunday Restorative is a slow, deeply relaxing practice using supportive props to help your body fully let go.
Expect gentle movement, long-held supported poses, breathwork, and plenty of stillness. This is less about doing and more about allowing your body and nervous system some time to reset before the week ahead.
No experience necessary. Come as you are, get comfortable, and let yourself be supported.
What to bringComfortable layers, socks, and anything that helps you get cozy.
🌿Tuesday Yin
Make some space in your afternoon to slow down.
Tuesday Yin is a quiet, grounding practice focused on longer-held poses designed to gently work into the connective tissues while encouraging mobility, relaxation, and stillness.
Poses are typically held for several minutes, allowing you time to settle in, breathe, and notice what your body is asking for. This is a great complement to more active practices and an opportunity to simply slow the pace.
All levels are welcome. Come ready to get comfortable and stay awhile.
What to bringWater, comfortable layers, and a warm layer or socks if you tend to get chilly.
