Reserve your
spot on Mindbody
All classes, packs and memberships are booked and paid for in advance through Mindbody. We are not able to register students or take payment at the studio, so set up your Mindbody account before your first class.
New to Higher Ground? Start with 3 Weeks Unlimited for $64.
How booking works
- 01Create your Mindbody account and choose the class you want.
- 02Pay in advance. Pre-registration and payment is required for every class.
- 03If the class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. Spots open up often.

Before you arrive
Get to the studio 10 minutes early with water and a towel. Mats and props are available in studio.
Need to cancel? Cancel at least 4 hours before class begins. Inside 4 hours you lose the class credit, or pay a $15 late cancel fee on unlimited packages and memberships. The full policy is in the FAQ.
